المبررات لإقامة المشروع: ١- حاجة الجمعية لإقامة مشاريع مميزة يعود ريعها على مشاريع الجمعية . ٢- تقع الأرض في منطقة حيوية جديدة أمام محطة قطار الحرمين وبالقرب من المسجد النبوي الشريف ومطار المدينة المنورة.
الأهداف: ١- تغطية ميزانية مشاريع الجمعية . ٢- استدامة مشاريع سقيا الماء بمنطقة المدينة المنورة.
